Protect The Host: My Picture Book Of Parasites

Launched in Enugu, the "Protect The Host: My Picture Book of Parasites" project educates children about parasitic infections and prevention. The project, supported by partners, distributed 1000 picture books to pupils in three primary schools. These engaging and informative books teach children about common parasites, their transmission, and prevention measures. Interactive sessions with pupils included storytelling, games, and activities, reinforcing the educational content. Teachers received posters to support ongoing health education. The project aims to expand its reach across Enugu, enhancing children's health knowledge and contributing to better health outcomes in the community.
