Nidup is a member of Young-Volunteers in Action (Y-Via) Bhutanese youth network under the Youth Development Fund (YDF). He works to solve issues in his community, specifically young people coming into conflict with law, and cyber safety and helping encourage volunteerism. Through the Y-Via platform, he has been able to reach out to young people by organizing volunteer groups in the community/colleges and helping youth-lead programs. From his experience as a volunteer for 3 years, he believes volunteerism brings oneself happiness and that positive change begins from a compassionate and holistic mindset/idea.
