This is Madalena. The main focus of her work has been Health and Education. She joined the Medical Students Association of her faculty, where she got the chance to be part of the Social Service and Human Rights Department for 2 years. She was also part of an international volunteering project for 3 years in Mozambique, which provides social-medical support to the local community. For her, the GYS is an amazing opportunity that can give the participants the right tools so they can have more impact in the community and build stronger projects by sharing ideas with people all over the world.
