Hunter Williams is an 18 year old filmmaker based in Auckland, New Zealand. He currently attends SAE Creative Media Institute in Auckland and has ambitions to move to New York upon the completion of his course. Hunter has worked on many projects that focus on various issues facing people from all walks of life. Some of these include Nvader, a documentary about human trafficking that was named as one of the top 10 highschool created documentaries in the world for 2015, The Ultimate Sacrifice, that looked at the potential of moving our population to Mars but more specifically the sacrifices that may be needed to do that, and Quinn’s Quest, a documentary that chronicled the life of a young cancer survivor and the difference she was making through ambassadorship. Hunter is looking forward to working alongside and networking with other Global Changemakers to develop further ideas around how film can be used as a tool for change.
