Gabriel, 22 years old, holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UFPR in Curitiba/Brazil – Merit Award Student. He has worked as an analyst at a consulting firm, as a consultant at KPMG and as an associate in investment banking. Gabriel is also involved in social initiatives. In 2017 he founded FreeHelper, a non-profit startup focused on connecting NGOs and professional volunteers. FreeHelper's goal (SDG 17) is to give opportunities to those who want to use their knowledge to create impact. Today, FreeHelper has 1,000+ volunteers and has generated approximately BRL1 million in cost savings for NGOs. Gabriel sees the summit as an opportunity to learn and network, leading to the improvement and expansion of social organizations.
