Country of implementation: Cameroon

e-Mentor: Virtual Learning for Displaced Youth and Internal Refugees aims to provide democratized access to education to displaced youth and refugees affected by the Anglophone crisis in Cameroon. With over 700,000 children out of school, e-Mentor uses solar-powered VR headsets and offline-friendly courses to teach STEM subjects and digital skills in safe, community-based learning hubs. In 2025, we will launch a 12-week educational program for 300 displaced students across two regions. Youth will also receive career mentorship and mental health support. This training will result in improved academic performance, enhanced digital skills, and greater career readiness. Our team, supported by partners like S7 Academy and Open Dreams, is determined to ensure no young person is left behind due to conflict.
