Çlirim is the Founder and Executive Director of 4-H Kosova, a member of the global network of youth development 4-H organizations, spanning 50 countries with more than 7 million members. He's been engaged in youth volunteering and civil society for 7 years, his most notable work being President of the Youth Council of the US Embassy in Kosovo in 2017, and restarting Rotaract Club Prishtina in 2018. Through his work, Çlirim aims to create positive change in the educational system of Kosovo, help the youth of Kosovo become changemakers and entrepreneurs, and rebrand youth volunteering as a tool for not only helping others, but creating a better future for themselves.
