Tshiamo Mobe

Tshiamo is a 24-year-old South African actress, presenter, model and writer. She does not put limitations on what pursuing Ubuntu can achieve; whether as the captain of the first netball team or the leader and connector of a creative shoot like “Loch Ness”, which was published at Art Connects Women 2022 in Dubai. She has worked with brands such as Mister South Africa, Standard Bank, and MTV Shuga Down South Season 3 covering social ills South Africa faces as a society. Tshiamo has worked with organizations such as Global Citizen and BeyGOOD as a Fellow, where she led a campaign titled #WeCanPeriod aimed at teaching young disadvantaged girls about their menstruation and closing the gap on period poverty. Tshiamo has written numerous articles on topics including the environment, equality, and poverty. She started an initiative called ‘Bokamoso’, translated as ‘future’, where she works with those in and around her community to teach, empower and alleviate poverty and uplift the youth.
