Roxy Williams

Roxy, a 24-year-old from Bilwi, Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua, is currently pursuing her studies in Computer Engineering at ULACIT. In addition to her academic pursuits, she holds the position of Regional Coordinator at the Space Generation Advisory Council, where she has made significant contributions to the field including:

  • Designing Aerospace Engineering courses

  • Organizing design competitions for space mission projects involving satellites


As the founder of the Black Panthers, Roxy is dedicated to promoting equitable access to education and technology within the space sector. Her efforts aim to inspire and uplift vulnerable communities, providing them with opportunities to engage with space technology.


Following the summit, Roxy's ambition is to expand her projects and establish partnerships that foster a more inclusive and sustainable future. She is determined to reach more communities, offering training in the use of space technology and empowering individuals to explore new possibilities.
