Goitseone's work is related to quality education and health and well-being. She is a youth leader who also advocates for women empowerment and successfully organized, amongst other activities, women's conferences with the most recent being SheReigns, under the theme “Make yourself a priority”. She is a member of the national committee of a youth organization called the African Students Union in Cuba. She strongly believes that the youth should arise and take up an active role in society, being protagonists of positive change. She hopes to one day open a leadership academy.
