Banu - Nepal

Banu is from Nepal. She is currently completing her undergraduate studies in Social Science. She has initiated her own venture called ghaito, which makes people aware on various issues on gender equality. Alongside, she is actively involved in a youth led NGO called YUWA that deals with youth issues. Having experienced gender based inequalities in the Muslim community, she established her own venture. Her interest is to learn more about gender issues and solutions to it. Her ambition beyond the summit is to come back and work in the border line for the girls who are abused and to assist them with basic needs.
