Greetings from a Greenwich 2007 alumni

Hello Road to Davos! I am Ben from Northern Ireland and I took part in the Greenwich Forum as a participant last year. This year I'll been given the very exciting chance to help out along with a couple of other Greenwich alumni.

In the coming weeks through the blog and on the message boards I hope to challenge, inform and build up excitement as we head towards London and onwards to Davos. We'll have plenty of time to cover topics from the environment, to education, to global wealth distribution or lack of it and also hear from you in the forums.

This has been a very brief intro to me and at this stage I would like to say well done to you all for getting involved and speaking out! Something that really impressed me last year was the skills and experiences of everyone else at Greenwich, as the risk of sounding a bit UNish we can learn so much from each other and truly make a difference.

    Hi all!

Warm greetings from Lagos Nigeria! My name is Jennifer and I was on the Greenwich Forum 07! So glad to ‘see’ so many of you in here!

The Greenwich experience is certainly not one to forget easily! Although it has been a year, all issues raised are still green and fresh in my heart!

...The youth column I write serve as a platform where I raise my voice to be heard! I also keep an active blog… and online radio. The relevance of all these I learnt during the program (Thanks British Council and everyone who were part of it!)! Keep speaking out for change! Our Voice…Our Education….Our future! We certainly must not keep our voice down if we want to be heard for a change!

Keep standing up to be counted…don’t pass over any opportunity to make a positive difference people!

Thanks for keeping this forum going!

    Much love,

    Cheers

    Jennifer
