three step process
To apply for the Global Youth Summit 2026, you need to be an English-speaking changemaker aged 21 to 28, based anywhere in the world. The application has three required parts: a two-minute video, the application fee, and the written form.
Please note that we can only review complete submissions. Your application will only be considered once all three parts have been submitted before the deadline.
Step 1- Application Fee
The application fee can be paid via PayPal, credit, or debit card. Please keep your PayPal transaction ID or your card payment reference (a 5-digit order number that you receive after paying), as you will need to enter it in your application form.
When you apply, you can bundle our Project Management for Changemakers course for a small extra cost. This gives you immediate access to practical tools and frameworks to plan, manage, and grow your initiative, and the course access remains yours whether or not you are selected for the summit.
If you choose the $35 application fee only, the course is not included.
Step 2- Video Upload
To help us review applications fairly and efficiently, we begin the selection process by assessing application videos first.
Before you submit, please review the video guidance on the FAQs page under the Application Video tab. It covers the requirements, recommended settings, and common upload troubleshooting.
When your video is ready, upload it to your preferred platform, copy the share link, and add that link in Step 3 of the application Google Form.
Step 3- Application Form
Your application will only be considered once the full form has been submitted. This includes your application video link and your application fee payment reference. If any of these pieces are missing by the deadline, we are not able to review your submission.
Applications close at midnight Central Eastern Time on the 20th of April, 2026

What's Next?
Both successful and unsuccessful applicants will be informed of the selection results via email by the end of June, 2026. Please ensure that ‘info@global-changemakers.net’ is added to your email provider's “Safe Sender” list so that your email does not end up in your spam folder.
