Jazmín Méndez

Jazmín Marité Méndez is a 21-year-old activist from Uruguay. She is currently pursuing a degree in architecture at UDELAR. As an environmental activist, she coordinates an organization called EcoCity, which aims to be a catalyst for building a society filled with positive habits towards the planet. The organization creates games and engaging activities in collaboration with schools, promoting inclusivity by incorporating Braille and sign language, while always considering the rights of children and adolescents.

In addition to her work with EcoCity, Jazmín volunteers in various other areas and has a passion for the arts. Following her participation in the summit, she applied her knowledge to continue creating a better world and remained dedicated to her activism in her home country.
