This project worked with youth in Sierra Leone on consultive engagements to share their views and opinions to aiming to tackle violence amongst young people and how to effectively manage conflict.
The project engaged on the production and distribution of a guidebook on conflict
management that also launched a Peace Ambassadors program were former members of gang groups participated. These gang groups worked towards peace in many activities to bring about peace and allowing for example that previous conflict inflicted events like inter- school sports event were held peacefully through the help of the peace
ambassadors.
