This is the website dedicated to the Road to Davos project, launched in 2007 by the British Council in co-operation with the World Economic Forum.
In 2008, Road to Davos will bring 60 young people to Guildford, for five days of workshops, exercises, discussions and debates, visits and other activities. At the end of the five days, the group will send six of their own to the WEF annual meeting in Davos, themed "The Power of Collaborative Innovation". There they will participate in the session "Future Shifts: The Voice of the Next Generation".
The Road to Davos blog will be updated regularly with new entries, by the organisers but also by alumni from last year’s Davos project. They will be blogging on world issues and youth activism, but also on their experiences on the road to Davos. Also, we’ll be updating the galleries and other sections soon.
