WEF Africa Conversation 2008
The following, found on the WEF Africa pages, may be of interest:
"The World Economic Forum on Africa
to be held in Cape Town, South Africa, June 4-6 2008 will open with a
highly interactive session designed to engage over 350 leaders in a
brainstorming exercise to examine the current changing global landscape
and determine what are the major “drivers of change” that the region
needs to be most prepared for in the coming year.
Following on from the 2007 Africa Conversation initiative the World Economic Forum is once again giving you the general public the opportunity to shape the debate this year.
We are seeking your input to help participants define these drivers of change. Using our innovative tag cloud application we invite you to vote for an existing driver or enter your own. This tag cloud will be presented to participants at the opening session of the Africa summit in Cape Town on June 4th.
Participants will be invited to respond directly to your opinions and will produce their own tag cloud view to compare to yours."
