WEF Young Global Leaders survey: have your say!

Dear Global Changemakers,

You are busy, but please give us 27 seconds to read this note.

Even as the world faces the looming challenges of war, health and the environment, our best and brightest young leaders are increasingly drawn to private sector jobs.

For example: Are you – by definition a leader – involved in public leadership? If not, why not?

As part of the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders Global Redesign Initiative, The YGL Next Generation Leadership initiative wants to figure out why and find ways to encourage and enable the young leaders to enter positions of public leadership.

To do so, we need your help with this quick 25-question survey.

The results of this anonymous survey (or feel free to add you name) will be compiled to get a clearer picture of why we face this shortfall in public leadership.

Your views will be presented at a session we will lead in Davos that includes YGLs and a number of highly prominent GLs who are still Y in spirit.

In advance, thank you for contributing a moment of your time to help tackle an issue that directly involves all us.

Sincerely,

Thomas Crampton, Katherine Garrett-Cox, Julianne Lee, Leslie Maasdorp, Mabel van Oranje, and Alvaro Rodriguez Arregui
