The Global Youth Summit will take place in the UK from 15-21 November. The online application process will last until 21 August – so send in your YOUTUBE now! And spread the word and get the people in your network interested!

As a reminder, to be selected for the 4th Annual Global Youth Summit, individuals should:
Be committed to bringing about positive change in their communities
- Have a significant track record of community activism, social entrepreneurship or volunteer work
- Be between 16 and 19 years old in November 2009
- Have a reasonably good command of English (the event will be held in English so participants will need to be able to fluidly communicate with each other)
- Be free to attend the Global Youth Summit in the UK from 15-21 November, as well as the WEF Annual Meeting in Switzerland from 27-31 January 2010, if selected.

hi! i turned 20 march this year can i still apply? if no is there any opportunity for interested people within my age grange? Here in Nigeria i am into all forms of leadership trainings and empowerment for young females and youths. i believe that we the youths male or female are what our countries need to discover and attain the postive change we all can believe in! i’d love it if some one replies me. thanks cant stop wishing i was 19!
