Team Tuesday (4/5/2010)

… and this week we’re presenting Team Tuesday from sunny Zanzibar (except for about 1 1/2 days of rain that made me wonder whether we should start looking for couples of animals to stow away in this huge boat). The Global Changemakers team has been here since last Wednesday, on Saturday the five Changemakers representing the network at the WEF Africa arrived – and this morning Kath and Gaby, together with John, took the Dar Five over to Dar Es Salaam to get started.

 

Unfortunately there were technical problems with the Q&As, but there will be material from the training in Zanzibar and the WEF summit in Dar Es Salaam in the next couple of days. We’ve shot some nice footage, so once I am back in the land of stable and fast internet connections (I guess you can’t necessarily expect a breathtaking beach and broadband internet…) I’ll see that I can upload something.

 

So, for now, this is me and the team saying “Hakuna Matata!” to everyone!

 

P.S.: Dolphins rule, and jellyfish are pretty unnecessary. Just ask Gaby!
