Greetings from one of the Greenwich 7
Hi World! I’m Armin from Switzerland and I also had the incredible and unforgettable chance of attending last year’s Greenwich and World Economic Forum alongside some of my colleagues. Like Ben, I’m another alumni who will support you on your way to Davos. However, as I’ll be stuck here with exams, I won’t find time to come up to Guilford but I will certainly be able to spend an evening or so with the lucky few of you in Davos.
Let me just say that even though the project has a competitive element, there are no winners or losers! By being involved in this project, you have already demonstrated an impressive maturity through your Youtube message and will therefore be given the unique chance of building up a truly international and reliable network. Congrats to all of you!
If there’s anything specific you want to ask, don’t hesitate and post a comment!
I’m looking forward to seeing some of you and remain with best regards,
Armin

Ciao Mauricio
As I’ve already said, I don’t see winners and losers in this project. So instead of asking what made our group win I would ask which the most convincing elements were that our group was able to present. When looking at it from this perspective, I would say that our group had members with an amazingly broad experience in the education and development aid section. This certainly helped a lot. However, I wouldn’t want to reduce it to personal characteristics in therefore say in retrospective that most people have probably voted for us because we were best able to include their ideas in our project as well. In other words: the representation of 60 and not just six ideas at Davos was most likely the key to success. How well it worked is on the others to decide!
By the way, it’s great to be back in touch with you alumni07! I hope this helps answering your question.
I wish you a wonderful time while being in Guildford!
