We’re slowly getting closer to the Global Youth Summit 2009. All applicants should be contacted by mail within the next 7-10 days (provided that the e-mail addresses provided were correct).
In addition to regular participants, though, we also require a number of alumni of previous Global Changemakers summits to take part in the event as peer facilitators. If you can be available in the UK from 10-21 November and your age is 16-25, you are eligible to apply as a peer facilitator. The application deadline is 20 September. I am happy to share with you that, after the submission of so many Sierra Leoneans I am the legitimate successor of the previous representatives from Sierra Leone. For those that do not recieved any information from their British Council Office in their various Countries just hope and Pray that God will do it for you and you will be selected to represent your own Country Ameen. I have been an happy man since the day I was call by the British Council in my Country that I am selected. It has taken a long time when I was praying for my Participation at this wonderful Events where Young Icons explored their differents talents and also promote their Country. Don’t worry you will be like my LAUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
