About Me Scott Forbes is a respected and recognised youth activist amongst the youth population internationally and in the UK.

He’s part of the alumni of the British Council Global Changemakers programme, a vibrant community of 600 young activists, volunteers and social entrepreneurs. Who are at the forefront of running innovative projects in their communities, shaping policy and speaking truth to power through access to institutions and platforms such as the World Economic Forum.

His interest in public health led Scott to the creation of Global Forum 40 (GF40), a youth led initiative, creating peer led action. Acting as a bridge between local communities and traditions, generating new ideas to give young people the skills to become leaders in society to create real, tangible and lasting social change in the field of sexual health & HIV.

Scott’s work has been widely acknowledged, he has worked with a number of international institutions and a number of leading influential decision makers, and has spoken at the Clinton Global Initiative, the 17th Conference of Commonwealth Education Ministers in Malaysia, the European Union Open Health Forum, International AIDS Conference, WeFree Day and the World Economic Forum.

Ever the social innovator Scott has recently co-founded a new initiative called The Daniel Scott Foundation and is to be featured in Sabirul Islam’s new book Young Entrepreneur World: How 25 Teen-trepreneurs Succeeded and Left World Leaders Scratching Their Heads’.
