About Me My name is Laura Zarta and I’m a 21 year-old Fine Arts and Cultural Projects student from Bogotá, Colombia. Co-founder and Director of Global Warning Agency, an organization committed to the protection of the environment and the strengthening of the Creative Industries in Colombia, which focuses its work on youth and believes in the power of culture to generate positive changes at local, national and even global levels.

Chosen as Global Changemaker since 2008, I’ve taken part of different high level events such as the World Economic Forum, the CIVICUS Youth and World Assembly, the Latin American and Caribbean Youth Summit and the One Young World event, advocating for a creative and sustainable development and getting to know amazing people that have broaden and challenged my ideas and perspectives.
