The International Youth Foundation's YouthActionNet program strengthens, supports, and celebrates the role of young people in leading positive change in their communities. Each year, 20 exceptional young social entrepreneurs are selected as YouthActionNet Global Fellows. To be eligible, candidates must: -Be 18-29 as of Oct 1 2012 -founders of existing projects/organizations, or leading a project within an organization -proficient in English -be available to attend the October trainingDeadline: 02/03/2012

what if I’m only 17???
I really have passion in youth empowerment,poverty relief,hunger relief, social entrepreneurship and community development in general. I will sincerely appreciate if i will be considered to attend the october i training.;

Hello, Greetings from Kenya, over here, at the University of Nairobi, I am leading an able army of passionate youth who are willing to preach peace, healing, patriotism and spearheading civic education even as we seek to bridge the gap between Our leaders and the Electorate n a bid to avoid a repeat of the 2007/8 post-election violence.
