The first Global Youth Summit took place in Greenwich, UK in January 2007. The event featured 60 global participants aged 20-25, five of whom went on to represent the group at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2007 in Davos, Switzerland, taking part in the “Wisdom of Youth” panel together with Rt Hon Gordon Brown and HMQ Rania of Jordan.
