Read-Think-Share is a social responsibility project which was developed in the year 2000 under the wing of Young Guru Academy (YGA). Its aim is to empower youth in disadvantaged public elementary schools in Turkey, to educate them on leadership development skills and to share their thinking creatively.
Every school year Saturday, 40 university students volunteer as trained moderators to teach at the Read-Think-Share program at the Creative Libraries built by YGA in disadvantaged public elementary schools in Turkey. Seven elementary school students are encouraged to develop their creative and imaginative writing skills and to read and share their innovative and inspiring ideas with their peers.

One of our Changemakers has been volunteering for this project for a couple of years. Though the project has been successful in achieving its objectives in general, the work is not yet well known in Turkey.
